Software development services for UAE companies, from a team one hour ahead of you

We help UAE businesses set up Odoo, build internal systems and launch bilingual websites. Our team works from Pakistan, one hour ahead of the Emirates, on the same Monday to Friday week.

In short

Digihub in the UAE

Digihub provides software development services to UAE companies for ERP, bespoke applications, websites and search visibility, with every project delivered remotely from Peshawar, Pakistan. We have no office or staff in the Emirates, and we say so up front. What we offer instead is a written process, working hours that overlap almost completely with Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and a team that has delivered Odoo and web projects since 2015. Most of our clients so far are in the UK and Pakistan, and we are now taking on work for UAE businesses.

Local context

What shapes software projects in the UAE

A few local realities affect almost every system we design for a business in the Emirates.

01

VAT and Corporate Tax in the books

VAT at 5% has applied since January 2018, and Corporate Tax at 9% on taxable income above AED 375,000 applies to financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023. Accounting and sales systems need to record transactions in a way that supports both. Confirm your own obligations with your tax adviser.

02

E-invoicing on the way

The Ministry of Finance has announced a mandatory e-invoicing system based on Peppol and run through Accredited Service Providers, being phased in starting with larger businesses. Systems built now should be ready to connect to an accredited provider.

03

Mainland and free-zone entities

Many groups trade through a mainland company and one or more free-zone companies, often invoicing in AED and USD. Software has to keep each entity's records separate while still giving owners a combined view.

04

Arabic and English side by side

Customers, staff and authorities expect bilingual documents and websites. Arabic needs proper right-to-left layout, not a translated copy squeezed into an English template.

05

Personal data rules

The UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) sets rules for collecting and processing personal data. We design forms, user access and hosting choices with it in mind and flag where you need legal advice.

Why Digihub

Why businesses in the UAE work with us

01

Fixed packages priced in dirhams

Our pricing pages list every package in AED, so you can compare against Dubai agency quotes before we speak.

02

Staged payments, launch on completion

You pay an advance, then each stage before it starts. Your system goes live and the code is handed over after the final payment.

03

VAT, Corporate Tax and e-invoicing in mind

Odoo is set up with the UAE localisation and your tax treatment from day one, and integrations are planned with the coming e-invoicing rules in view.

04

Bilingual websites without the rework

Sites and portals are built for English and Arabic, left-to-right and right-to-left, from the first design.

05

30 days of fixes included

If something we delivered doesn't work as agreed, we fix it free for 30 days after go-live.

Working together

How working with a team in Pakistan fits a UAE business

Remote delivery is the only way we work, so the process is built for it rather than adapted to it.

One hour apart, same working week

Pakistan Standard Time is UTC+5 and the UAE is UTC+4. Since the UAE moved to a Monday to Friday week in 2022, both countries share the same working days, so calls can be arranged inside your normal office hours.

Everything agreed in writing

Scope, decisions and change requests are written down and shared, so your finance or operations lead can review them without needing to attend every meeting.

Visible progress

You get access to a test environment and a task board from the start, so you can see work as it is built rather than waiting for a final reveal.

Clear handover

At the end of a project you receive documentation, admin access and the source code or configuration you paid for, so you are never tied to us.

Process

How a project runs

  1. Introductory call

A video call within your working day to understand the business, the entities involved and what is not working today.

  2. Written proposal

A scope document listing what will be built, what is excluded, the milestones and who on your side approves each one.

  3. Build and review

Work happens in short cycles on a test environment that your team can open and check at any time.

  4. Go-live

Launch planned around your month-end and business calendar, with data checks before switching over.

  5. Support

Ongoing fixes, small changes and training as your team settles in, agreed in a support plan.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

Does Digihub have an office in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE?

No. Digihub has no office, address, phone number or staff in the UAE. All work for UAE clients is delivered remotely by our team in Peshawar, Pakistan, using video calls, shared documents and online test environments.

How do working hours line up between Pakistan and the UAE?

Very closely. Pakistan is one hour ahead of the UAE, and both countries work Monday to Friday, so a 9am meeting in Dubai is 10am for our team. We arrange calls within your working day.

Are you an official Odoo partner?

No, Digihub does not claim official Odoo partnership. We are an independent team that implements, customizes and supports Odoo, and we explain which Odoo edition and hosting option suits your case.

Can you build systems in Arabic as well as English?

Yes. We build bilingual interfaces, documents and websites with right-to-left support for Arabic. Your team or a translator you trust should review the Arabic wording before launch.

Can you help us prepare for UAE e-invoicing?

We can make your Odoo or custom system ready to exchange invoices with an Accredited Service Provider. The e-invoicing system is being phased in, so check the current Ministry of Finance and FTA timeline for your business.

Who owns the code and data at the end of a project?

Ownership of the custom code and configuration you pay for is agreed in writing before work starts, and your data stays in systems you control.
