Software development services in Pakistan, from a team that speaks your language

Digihub has worked from Peshawar since 2015 for traders, distributors, manufacturers, schools and service firms. We build the systems your staff actually use, around PKR, FBR and the way you sell.

In short

Digihub in Pakistan

Digihub's software development services in Pakistan cover Odoo ERP, accounting setup, bespoke business software, websites with local payments and search optimization. We are a Pakistani company, so there is no time difference, meetings happen in Urdu or English, and the people you speak to are the people building your system. Work is run online from our Peshawar base with shared plans, recorded walkthroughs and WhatsApp for quick questions. We do not promise on-site visits, which keeps cost down and keeps every decision written down.

Local context

What running a business in Pakistan asks of your software

Imported software often assumes card payments, one currency and a single tax. Pakistani firms need more room than that.

01

Federal and provincial tax side by side

Goods carry FBR sales tax, while services fall under PRA, SRB, KPRA or BRA depending on the province. Your invoices and ledgers have to keep these apart, and your tax adviser should confirm what applies to you.

02

FBR reporting is moving online

Tier-1 retailers must link their point of sale to FBR, and FBR has been extending digital invoicing to sales-tax registered businesses. Systems bought today should be able to connect.

03

Credit, cash and cheques

Much trade still runs on cash collections, customer credit limits and post-dated cheques. Software needs to track who owes what, by which salesman, without a separate register.

04

Distributors and order bookers

Field staff take orders shop by shop on their phones. Their bookings should reach the warehouse and the ledger the same day.

05

Mobile-first customers

Most of your buyers will find you and pay you on a phone, often through JazzCash, Easypaisa or a bank transfer rather than a card.

06

Teams that mix Urdu and English

Office staff may work in English while store and field staff prefer Urdu. Training and screens have to suit both.

Why Digihub

Why businesses in Pakistan work with us

01

A PKR price list you can see

Every package has a published price in rupees, set for the Pakistani market rather than converted from dollars, so you can budget before the first call.

02

Pay stage by stage

An advance books the work and each later stage is paid before it starts. The system goes live, and the code is handed over, once the final payment is made.

03

One team from ERP to marketing

Odoo, custom software, your website and your Google presence come from the same team, so the order that starts on your site lands in your ledger without a second vendor.

04

Built around FBR from the start

Sales tax, withholding and FBR POS or digital-invoicing links are planned in the first workshop, not patched in after go-live.

05

Fixes included after launch

For 30 days after go-live, anything we built that doesn't work as agreed is fixed free of charge.

Working together

How we work with clients across Pakistan

Our team sits in Peshawar and serves clients in every province online. That keeps projects affordable and the record of decisions complete.

Same clock, same calendar

We share your working hours and public holidays, so planning sessions and go-live weekends are agreed without juggling time zones.

Urdu or English, your choice

Workshops, training and support can run in Urdu, English or a mix, and written documents stay in English for your records.

Online sessions instead of visits

Discovery, demos and training happen over video calls with screen sharing. We don't promise to travel to your site, and quotes don't assume we will.

Everything agreed in writing

Scope, change requests and sign-offs are written and shared, so your owner, accountant and IT person all see the same plan.

Process

How a project runs

  1. First conversation

A call in Urdu or English about what is slowing the business down and what you want to change first.

  2. Written proposal

Scope, phases, responsibilities and what is excluded, so you can compare us fairly with other software houses.

  3. Build in short phases

You see working screens every few weeks and can correct course before small issues grow.

  4. Training and launch

Staff learn on their own data, and we stay close during the first days of live use.

  5. Ongoing support

Fixes, small improvements and new features under a support arrangement that suits the size of your team.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

Where is Digihub based?

Digihub Software Company (SMC-Private) Limited is based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. We serve clients in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and other cities online rather than through branch offices.

Will your team visit our business in person?

We plan projects to run fully online and don't promise site visits. Video calls, screen sharing and recorded training cover discovery and rollout for most businesses, and they keep the cost lower for you.

Do you work in Urdu?

Yes. Meetings and training can be held in Urdu, English or both. Proposals, specifications and user guides are usually written in English so they can be shared with auditors and advisers.

Can your systems handle FBR requirements?

We build with FBR sales tax, POS reporting and digital invoicing in mind, and connect to FBR where your obligations require it. Your tax adviser should confirm which rules apply to your business before we configure them.

Do you also work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes. Most of our clients are in Pakistan and the UK, and we are also working with businesses in the UAE. All of that work is delivered from Pakistan.

How do we get a price?

Tell us what you need on a call or by email, and we send a written proposal with scope and phases. We don't publish fixed prices because projects differ too much in size.
