Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear for both sides: you pay for each stage before it starts, review everything on staging, and the launch and handover follow the final payment.

1. Project payment schedule
- Projects under USD 2,000 (GBP 1,500, AED 7,300, PKR 250,000): 50% to book the project, 50% before go-live.
- Larger projects: 40% to book the project, 30% at the first milestone, 30% before go-live.
- A signed proposal may set a different schedule for a large project (for example more, smaller milestones). The advance is always paid before work starts, and the final payment before go-live.
2. Monthly services
SEO, advertising management, social media, content bundles, care plans, support retainers and dedicated developers are invoiced at the start of each month, in advance. SEO has a minimum term of 3 months; after any minimum term, services continue month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Unused hours in a month don't carry over unless the package says so; prepaid hour blocks are valid for the period stated.
3. Invoices and how to pay
Invoices are issued in the currency agreed in the proposal (USD, GBP, AED or PKR) and are due within 7 days. Bank transfer (international wire or local transfer in Pakistan), and other methods by arrangement. Prices exclude any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country. Bank or transfer charges on your side are paid by you, so the full invoice amount arrives.
4. Third-party costs
Odoo licences, hosting, domains, paid themes and plugins, app-store accounts, advertising spend, AI model usage and messaging fees are paid by you directly to the provider, on your own accounts, so you own them. If we buy something on your behalf with your approval, it is invoiced at cost and is not refundable once purchased.
5. Late payment
If an invoice is more than 7 days overdue, we may pause work until it's paid; the timeline moves by the length of the pause. Go-live, handover of source code and credentials, and transfer of ownership happen only once everything owed has been paid.
6. Cancelling a project
- Before work starts: the advance is refunded in full, minus any third-party costs already incurred with your approval.
- After work starts: you pay for the stages completed and the work done in the current stage, calculated at our hourly rate and never more than that stage's price. If the advance exceeds that amount, we refund the difference.
- On cancellation, we hand over everything paid for so far.
7. Refunds
If we fail to deliver a milestone as agreed and don't fix it within 14 days of your written notice, you may end the project and receive a refund of the payment for that milestone. Refunds are paid within 14 days to the account the payment came from. Payments for completed and accepted work, monthly fees for months already started, and third-party costs are not refundable. Refunds aren't given for a change of mind, or for delays caused on your side.
8. Disputing an invoice
Tell us within 7 days of the invoice date, by email to info@digihubsoftwares.com, what you dispute and why. Pay the undisputed part on time; we'll respond within 7 days and work with you to resolve the rest.
9. Business customers only
Our services are sold to businesses, so consumer cooling-off rights don't apply. If you're buying as a private individual, please tell us before ordering.
