You pay for each stage before it starts and review everything on staging. The live launch and code handover follow the final payment.

Everything is built on staging first
You review and test the real thing on a private staging site. It goes live on your domain, app stores or server once the final payment is made.
Code and ownership pass on full payment
When the last invoice is paid, the source code, admin access, credentials and documentation are handed over to you, and ownership of the custom work transfers to your company.
Monthly services are billed in advance
SEO, ads, social media, care plans and dedicated developers are invoiced at the start of each month. SEO has a three-month minimum, then continues month to month with 30 days' notice.
Changes are quoted before they're done
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing first, as a fixed price or at the hourly rate. Nothing is added to an invoice without your approval.
30 days of free fixes after launch
If something we built doesn't work as agreed, we fix it free for 30 days after go-live. After that, a care plan or the hourly rate applies.
Bank transfer (international wire or local transfer in Pakistan), and other methods by arrangement. Prices exclude any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country. Payment, cancellation and refund policy

Pricing questions
Are these prices fixed?
Yes, for the scope listed in each package. Before any work starts we confirm the scope in writing; anything extra is quoted separately and only added with your approval.
Why are your prices lower than UK and UAE agencies?
Our team works from Peshawar, Pakistan, where costs are lower. You get the same tools, process and written specifications, delivered remotely, at a fraction of a London or Dubai agency rate.
Why is there a separate PKR price list?
The PKR prices are set for businesses billed in Pakistan and reflect the local market. They are not a currency conversion of the international prices.
Do prices include taxes and third-party costs?
No. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax that applies in your country, and third-party costs such as Odoo licences, hosting, domains, paid plugins, app-store accounts, ad spend and AI usage, which are billed to your own accounts.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, stage by stage: an advance to book the project, then each milestone before the next stage starts, and the final payment before go-live and handover. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
Tell us what you need and we'll send a fixed quote based on the same rates. Most custom projects start with a short paid discovery sprint, credited against the build.
