Confident but wrong answers
Language models can produce plausible text that is not true. Without grounding in approved content and instructions to decline, a chatbot will improvise.

We build chatbots that answer from your approved content, look up live data such as order status, stay inside defined topics, and pass the conversation to a person when they reach the edge of what they should handle.
AI chatbot development services design and build conversational assistants that use a language model to understand questions and respond in natural language across channels such as a website widget, WhatsApp or an internal workspace. A well-built chatbot answers from a controlled knowledge source rather than from the model's general training, calls approved system functions for live information, and recognizes when to involve a human. The engineering effort lies in grounding, guardrails, integrations and testing, not in the chat window itself.
A generic chatbot connected to a language model will answer confidently even when it does not know the answer, which is worse than no chatbot at all. Customers get invented policies, staff get outdated procedures, and nobody can see what was said. A useful assistant needs a clear scope, a curated knowledge base, permission-limited access to live data and a reliable route to a human.
Language models can produce plausible text that is not true. Without grounding in approved content and instructions to decline, a chatbot will improvise.
Prices, policies and procedures change. If the chatbot's content is not refreshed from the source of truth, its answers drift away from reality.
Visitors who cannot reach a person when the bot fails leave frustrated. Handoff has to be designed in, with conversation history passed along.
Without logs and review tools, nobody knows which questions fail, what the bot said, or what content is missing.
Agreeing which topics the chatbot handles, which it refuses, its tone, and the exact conditions under which it offers a human.
Indexing your FAQs, policies, product data or manuals so the chatbot retrieves relevant passages and answers from them, with sources where helpful.
Approved, read-limited functions such as checking order status, booking an appointment or creating a lead in your CRM or Odoo.
Website widget, WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform, or internal tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams, sharing one back end.
Topic restrictions, input filtering, refusal behavior and escalation to live agents or a ticket with the full transcript attached.
A test set of real and adversarial questions run before each change, plus an admin view to review transcripts and flag bad answers.
Routine questions get a response at any time, with complex ones queued for staff.
Responses come from the same approved content, rather than varying by who happens to reply.
Transcripts reveal common questions and content gaps you can fix at the source.
Repetitive questions are handled first, so people focus on cases that need judgment.
Answering product, pricing-policy and availability questions from your catalogue, then capturing contact details for the sales team.
Letting customers check an order, reschedule an appointment or ask common questions on the channel they already use.
Employees ask about leave rules, expense policies or onboarding steps and get answers with a link to the source document.
Field staff or customers query manuals and specifications in plain language instead of searching long PDFs.
A pilot with transcript review comes before full launch, so problems are found by your team rather than your customers.
Collect the questions users actually ask, decide what the chatbot should and should not cover, and define handoff rules.
Gather and clean the knowledge sources, fix contradictions, and assign owners who keep each source current.
Retrieval, prompts, functions for live data and the channel integration, on a staging environment.
Run the question set, including attempts to push the bot off-topic, and fix failures before anyone outside the team sees it.
Release to staff or a small share of traffic, review transcripts daily and tune content and instructions.
Full rollout with monitoring, then a regular review of failed or escalated conversations to improve coverage.
| Criterion | AI chatbot only | Live chat only | Hybrid (bot + handoff) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Availability | Any time | Staffed hours | Any time, with staff during hours |
| Handles complex cases | Poorly | Well | Bot routes them to people |
| Consistency | High, if content is maintained | Varies by agent | High for routine questions |
| Main risk | Incorrect answers without escalation | Queues at peak times | Poor handoff design |
| Best fit | Narrow, well-documented topics | Low volume, high-value conversations | Most customer-facing deployments |
Functions expose only the fields the chatbot needs, and customer lookups require verification steps you define.
System instructions, input filtering and restricted tools reduce the impact of users trying to manipulate the bot.
Retention periods, masking of personal data in logs and access controls for who can read conversations.
Model provider accounts configured so conversation data is not used for training where the provider allows it.
We spend time deciding what the chatbot should refuse, because that is where most failures come from.
We build the Odoo, CRM and e-commerce integrations ourselves, so the bot can answer with live data.
We design for WhatsApp-first audiences and test with the mixed Urdu-English messages common in Pakistan, since model quality varies by language.
Every build ships with transcript review, so your team can see and correct what the bot says.
Fixed-price packages with the scope written down, paid stage by stage. Your project goes live once it's fully paid.

We ground answers in retrieved passages from your approved content and instruct the model to decline when the content does not cover a question. This reduces fabricated answers substantially but cannot eliminate them entirely, which is why we also test with adversarial questions, show sources and offer handoff to a person.
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which requires a verified business account and follows Meta's messaging rules and per-message pricing for certain message types. The same back end can also serve a website widget and internal tools.
Running costs are mainly model usage fees, which depend on conversation volume and length, plus hosting and any channel fees such as WhatsApp messaging charges. We measure cost per conversation during the pilot so you can see real figures before full launch.
We select a model after testing it on your questions, typically a hosted model from a provider such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, or an open-weight model if data must stay on your servers. The architecture lets the model be changed later without rebuilding the chatbot.
An AI chatbot is the conversational assistant itself, used on a website, WhatsApp or internally. AI customer support is broader: it applies AI across a support operation, including ticket triage, suggested replies for agents and helpdesk integration.
Conversations are logged so they can be reviewed and improved, under retention and access rules you set. Personal data in logs can be masked, and we configure model provider settings to limit how they retain data.
