Software development services for UK businesses, managed from your own desk

Many of Digihub's clients are in Britain, and we serve them entirely remotely from Peshawar. You get plain written plans and calls booked during your working day.

In short

Digihub in the UK

Digihub provides software development services to UK companies, covering Odoo, bespoke business systems, websites and search marketing, all delivered remotely from Pakistan. We have no London office and do not pretend to; instead we work to a written scope, share progress in tools you can see, and hold calls in the UK morning or early afternoon. Most of our current clients are in the UK and Pakistan, so British accounting habits, VAT and data protection expectations are familiar ground. You keep ownership of the code and the data we build for you.

Local context

What shapes a UK project

The same software decision looks different once HMRC, UK GDPR and British buying habits are part of it.

01

Making Tax Digital

Every VAT-registered business has had to keep digital records and file VAT returns through HMRC-recognised software since April 2022. Any ERP or finance tool we set up has to fit that routine, not fight it.

02

MTD for Income Tax arriving

From April 2026, sole traders and landlords above an income threshold of £50,000 come into MTD for Income Tax, with lower thresholds planned for later years. Check your own position with your accountant.

03

UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018

Customer and employee data has to be handled lawfully, with a clear basis and sensible access controls. We describe where your data sits and who on our side can see it before work starts.

04

How British buyers judge an offshore team

UK clients tend to judge an offshore supplier on clear communication, a scope written down before money changes hands, and a contract that says the client owns the code. All three belong in the agreement from day one.

Why Digihub

Why businesses in the UK work with us

01

Prices in pounds, published up front

Every package has a fixed price in GBP on our pricing pages, well below typical London agency quotes for the same scope.

02

You pay as each stage starts

An advance books the project and each later stage is paid before it begins. Launch and handover follow the final invoice, so neither side is ever far ahead.

03

Odoo that already speaks MTD

UK accounting localisation, VAT returns and HMRC submission are part of the Odoo setup, depending on your edition, rather than an afterthought.

04

One supplier for systems and search

ERP, bespoke software, the website and SEO sit with one team and one contract, so integrations don't fall between agencies.

05

A month of free fixes after go-live

For 30 days after launch, anything we built that doesn't match the agreed scope is put right at no charge.

Working together

How working with a team in Pakistan actually runs

Pakistan is five hours ahead of GMT and four ahead of BST, which turns out to be a useful gap.

Your morning, our afternoon

A 9am call in Manchester or Bristol lands in the Peshawar afternoon, so questions raised at the start of your day can be discussed the same day.

Work progresses overnight

Changes agreed in the afternoon are often ready to review the next morning, because our working day starts well before yours.

Everything in writing

Scope documents, decision logs and test notes are shared in writing, so nothing depends on memory of a phone call or a single person.

Clear ownership

Ownership of the code, configuration and data, and your access to repositories and admin accounts, are written into the agreement before work starts.

Process

How a project runs

  1. Introductory call

A video call at a time that suits your diary to understand the business problem and the people involved.

  2. Written scope

A document listing what will be built, what is out of scope and the assumptions behind it, for you to challenge.

  3. Build in stages

Work delivered in short stages you can review, with a shared board showing what is in progress.

  4. Testing with your team

Your staff try real scenarios on a test copy before anything touches live data.

  5. Launch and handover

Go-live, training, documentation and access handed over, followed by an agreed support arrangement.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

Do you have an office in the UK?

No. Digihub is based in Peshawar, Pakistan, and all UK work is delivered remotely. We do not have UK staff, a UK address or a UK phone number, and we would rather say so up front.

What time can we speak to the team?

Calls are usually arranged in the UK morning or early afternoon, which falls within the Pakistani working day. Pakistan is five hours ahead of the UK in winter and four hours ahead during British Summer Time.

Who owns the software you build for us?

That is settled in the written agreement before work starts. It should state that the code, configuration and data produced for your project belong to you, with repository and admin access handed over as part of the project.

How do you handle personal data under UK GDPR?

We agree up front which data we need access to, limit access to the people working on your project and prefer anonymised or test data where it will do. Your own data protection obligations stay with you, so we document our part clearly for your records.

Are you an official Odoo partner?

No, we do not claim official Odoo partnership. We implement and customise Odoo as an independent team, and we are open about which features need the Enterprise edition and an Odoo subscription.

How is pricing agreed?

Pricing is set per project after we understand the scope, and it is written into the proposal before work begins. We do not publish fixed price lists because UK projects vary too much for one figure to be useful.
