You pay for each stage before it starts
The advance books the work, and each payment unlocks the next stage. Nobody is ever far ahead: you're never paying for work you haven't seen, and we're never building work that hasn't been paid for.

DevOps services pricing comes down to how many applications and environments are involved and how much of the setup already exists. Containerizing one app and adding an automated pipeline is a short, contained job. Moving an application to a new cloud takes longer because the infrastructure, data, backups and monitoring all have to be rebuilt and tested. Monthly server management is priced by the number of servers and the hours of hands-on work each month.
Simple and fair on both sides: you pay for each stage before it starts, see everything on staging, and the live launch and code handover follow the final payment.
Work is scheduled once the advance arrives.
Paid after you approve the finished work on our staging site.
Covers discovery, planning and the first build stage.
Design sign-off, or the first working module on staging.
After you test and approve everything on staging.
The advance books the work, and each payment unlocks the next stage. Nobody is ever far ahead: you're never paying for work you haven't seen, and we're never building work that hasn't been paid for.
You review and test the real thing on a private staging site. It goes live on your domain, app stores or server once the final payment is made.
When the last invoice is paid, the source code, admin access, credentials and documentation are handed over to you, and ownership of the custom work transfers to your company.
SEO, ads, social media, care plans and dedicated developers are invoiced at the start of each month. SEO has a three-month minimum, then continues month to month with 30 days' notice.
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing first, as a fixed price or at the hourly rate. Nothing is added to an invoice without your approval.
If something we built doesn't work as agreed, we fix it free for 30 days after go-live. After that, a care plan or the hourly rate applies.
