How Custom Software Development pricing works
Custom software development cost is driven by the number of features, user roles and integrations, and by how much of the product needs to be designed from scratch. A focused MVP web app with a handful of core workflows takes about two months, while a multi-tenant SaaS product with subscriptions and an admin area takes longer. Clear requirements are the best way to control cost, which is why we start with a paid discovery sprint and credit its fee to the build. Hosting, third-party APIs and paid services are billed to your own accounts.
Pay stage by stage, launch on full payment
Simple and fair on both sides: you pay for each stage before it starts, see everything on staging, and the live launch and code handover follow the final payment.

Everything is built on staging first
You review and test the real thing on a private staging site. It goes live on your domain, app stores or server once the final payment is made.
Code and ownership pass on full payment
When the last invoice is paid, the source code, admin access, credentials and documentation are handed over to you, and ownership of the custom work transfers to your company.
Monthly services are billed in advance
SEO, ads, social media, care plans and dedicated developers are invoiced at the start of each month. SEO has a three-month minimum, then continues month to month with 30 days' notice.
Changes are quoted before they're done
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing first, as a fixed price or at the hourly rate. Nothing is added to an invoice without your approval.
30 days of free fixes after launch
If something we built doesn't work as agreed, we fix it free for 30 days after go-live. After that, a care plan or the hourly rate applies.
Bank transfer (international wire or local transfer in Pakistan), and other methods by arrangement. Prices exclude any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country. Payment, cancellation and refund policy

Pricing questions
How much does custom software cost?
Our fixed packages range from $8,500 for an MVP web app to $22,000 for a SaaS MVP, with a business system such as a CRM or booking tool at $14,000. A discovery sprint for $1,200 sets the exact scope and gives you a fixed quote first.
Is the discovery sprint fee extra?
No, not if you go ahead with the build. The $1,200 discovery fee is credited to the build, so it only costs you extra if you decide not to continue.
Should I choose a fixed-price package or a dedicated developer?
Choose a fixed-price package when the scope is clear and you want a set budget. Choose a dedicated developer when you have a long list of work that changes often; it runs for at least 3 months, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
What is not included in the price?
Third-party costs and taxes are not included. Hosting, domains, paid APIs and payment gateway fees are billed to your own accounts, and our prices exclude VAT or sales tax.
What does support cost after launch?
You get 30 days of free fixes after go-live. After that, a software maintenance retainer starts from $400 a month, or extra work is charged at $28 an hour.
