How AI & Automation pricing works
AI automation pricing depends mostly on how much the AI has to do on its own and how many systems it touches. A chatbot that answers FAQs and hands over to a person is the simplest build. An assistant that searches your own documents (RAG) or reads incoming files needs data preparation, testing and accuracy checks, so it costs more. An agent that takes multi-step actions in your CRM or ERP needs integrations, permissions and fallback rules, which is where most of the effort goes.

Simple and fair on both sides: you pay for each stage before it starts, see everything on staging, and the live launch and code handover follow the final payment.

Everything is built on staging first
You review and test the real thing on a private staging site. It goes live on your domain, app stores or server once the final payment is made.
Code and ownership pass on full payment
When the last invoice is paid, the source code, admin access, credentials and documentation are handed over to you, and ownership of the custom work transfers to your company.
Monthly services are billed in advance
SEO, ads, social media, care plans and dedicated developers are invoiced at the start of each month. SEO has a three-month minimum, then continues month to month with 30 days' notice.
Changes are quoted before they're done
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing first, as a fixed price or at the hourly rate. Nothing is added to an invoice without your approval.
30 days of free fixes after launch
If something we built doesn't work as agreed, we fix it free for 30 days after go-live. After that, a care plan or the hourly rate applies.

Pricing questions
How much does an AI chatbot cost?
Our Starter package is $1,500 (£1,150, AED 5,500) for a chatbot on your website or WhatsApp that answers common questions and hands over to a person. It takes 2–3 weeks. AI model usage and WhatsApp fees are extra and billed to your own accounts.
What are the running costs after launch?
You pay the AI provider and, for WhatsApp, Meta directly for what you use, plus hosting. For a typical small business chatbot, model usage is usually a modest monthly amount, but it depends on traffic, so we set usage limits and show you the cost. The optional AI care retainer at $300 a month covers monitoring and prompt and data updates.
What is the difference between the Growth and Pro packages?
Growth answers questions from your documents or extracts data from files. Pro builds an agent that takes actions, such as creating records or updating orders in your CRM or ERP, across several steps. Pro costs more because integrations, permissions and approval steps need careful building and testing.
Is there a separate price for Pakistan?
Yes. PKR prices are a local price list for clients in Pakistan, not a currency conversion of the USD price.
What is not included in the price?
AI model usage, WhatsApp Business and Meta fees, hosting, any paid third-party tools, and taxes are not included. These are billed to your own accounts so you keep full control of them.
