How Odoo ERP pricing works
Odoo implementation cost depends mostly on how many apps you roll out, how many companies and users share the database, and how much data you bring across from your old system. A single company using three or fewer standard apps can go live in a few weeks, while a multi-company setup with custom modules and integrations takes months. Custom development, such as new modules, reports and connections to other software, is the second biggest factor. Odoo licences and hosting are separate costs paid to Odoo or your hosting provider, not to us.

Everything is built on staging first
You review and test the real thing on a private staging site. It goes live on your domain, app stores or server once the final payment is made.
Code and ownership pass on full payment
When the last invoice is paid, the source code, admin access, credentials and documentation are handed over to you, and ownership of the custom work transfers to your company.
Monthly services are billed in advance
SEO, ads, social media, care plans and dedicated developers are invoiced at the start of each month. SEO has a three-month minimum, then continues month to month with 30 days' notice.
Changes are quoted before they're done
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing first, as a fixed price or at the hourly rate. Nothing is added to an invoice without your approval.
30 days of free fixes after launch
If something we built doesn't work as agreed, we fix it free for 30 days after go-live. After that, a care plan or the hourly rate applies.

Pricing questions
How much does an Odoo implementation cost for a small business?
Our Starter package costs $2,400 (£1,850 or AED 8,900) for 1–3 apps and up to 15 users. It covers standard configuration, your chart of accounts and tax setup, master-data import, two training sessions and 30 days of support, and usually takes 3–5 weeks.
Are Odoo licences included in the price?
No, Odoo licences are not included. Odoo Enterprise subscriptions are billed by Odoo directly to your company, and hosting on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server is paid to that provider. Our prices cover the implementation work only, and they exclude VAT or sales tax.
Why is the Enterprise package priced "from"?
Because the final price depends on the custom modules, integrations and data migration you need. We confirm a fixed quote after a short discovery, so you know the full cost before work starts.
What happens after the included support period ends?
You can buy a 10-hour or 40-hour block, valid for 3 months, or move to Monthly care with 20 hours a month and priority response. Work outside a plan is charged at $35 an hour.
Why are PKR prices different from the converted dollar price?
PKR prices are a separate price list for clients in Pakistan, set for the local market. They are not a currency conversion of the USD, GBP or AED prices.
