Custom software development in Pakistan, built around how your business really trades

When your work runs on credit, field salesmen, cash recoveries and handwritten registers, generic software forces staff into workarounds. We build systems that follow your process instead.

In short

Custom software: Pakistan

Custom software development in Pakistan with Digihub means web and mobile systems designed for one company's own workflow rather than a packaged product. Typical projects are order booking apps for distributors, recovery and credit tracking, dealer portals, school fee and attendance systems, and clinic or lab records. We write the specification with you, build in phases you can test, and hand over the source code under a written agreement. Where an existing platform such as Odoo already covers most of the need, we say so and extend it instead of building from scratch.

Local context

Problems Pakistani businesses usually bring us

Most requests come from gaps that imported software never anticipated.

01

Field staff with patchy connectivity

Order bookers and recovery officers visit shops where signal is weak. Their apps need to save work on the phone and sync when the connection returns.

02

Credit trade and recoveries

Shopkeepers buy on credit and pay in instalments, often by cash or post-dated cheque. Owners want to see outstanding amounts by salesman, area and age every morning.

03

Fee collection and parents

Schools and academies collect fees through bank challans, JazzCash or Easypaisa and keep parents updated by SMS or WhatsApp.

04

Staff who prefer Urdu

Warehouse, shop floor and field users are often more comfortable with Urdu labels and simple, large buttons on low-cost Android phones.

05

Links to FBR and banks

Billing systems may need to report invoices to FBR, and finance teams want bank statements imported rather than typed.

What we deliver

Custom software

01

Android apps for route-wise order taking, stock checks and recovery entry that work offline and sync with head office.

02

Web portals for dealers and branches

Logins where dealers place orders, see their ledger and download invoices without calling your office.

03

Education and healthcare systems

Admissions, fee vouchers, attendance and results for schools, or patient, appointment and report records for clinics and labs.

04

Integrations with local services

SMS gateways, WhatsApp messaging, JazzCash or Easypaisa payments, bank files and FBR reporting connected where your process needs them.

05

Modernizing old desktop software

Replacing aging single-computer programs with web systems that branches can reach, while keeping the data you already have.

Working together

How we build custom software for Pakistani clients

Our developers, designers and testers work together from Peshawar, and you follow progress online at every stage.

Clickable designs before code

You approve screen designs and the flow of each task before development starts, which avoids costly changes later.

Demos every couple of weeks

Working features are shown on a call and placed on a test server so your staff can try them with real examples.

Ownership agreed in writing

Ownership of the source code and data is written into the contract before work starts, and code, credentials and documentation are handed over at the end.

Process

How a project runs

  1. Understand the work

We speak with the people who will use the system, not only management, to learn how tasks are done today.

  2. Specification and estimate

A written scope with screens, user roles, reports and integrations, split into phases with a cost for each.

  3. Design

Wireframes and visual designs in English, Urdu or both, approved before we write code.

  4. Build and test in phases

Each phase is developed, tested by us and then by your users on a staging server.

  5. Launch and handover

We deploy to your chosen hosting, train users, and hand over source code and documentation.

  6. Maintenance

Optional ongoing support for fixes, updates and new features as your business grows.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

Why choose custom software instead of a ready product?

Custom software makes sense when your process is a real advantage or when packaged tools force constant workarounds. If a product like Odoo already fits most of your needs, we will recommend extending it, since that is usually cheaper.

Who owns the source code?

That is agreed in the written contract before work starts, and it should transfer ownership of the code written for your project to you, with the repository and access details handed over at the end.

Can the app work without internet?

Yes, mobile apps can be built to store orders and entries on the phone and send them when a connection is available. We plan how conflicts are handled during design.

Can you build the interface in Urdu?

Yes. Screens can be in Urdu, English or switchable between the two, with right-to-left layout and a proper Urdu font for Urdu text.

Where will the software be hosted?

It can run on a cloud server, with a Pakistani hosting provider or on your own server. We recommend an option based on users, budget and how branches connect.

How is the cost worked out?

We estimate each phase from the written scope, so you know what each part covers before approving it. Changes after approval are quoted separately in writing.
