Manual triage slows first response
Tickets wait in a general queue until someone reads, tags and assigns them, so urgent issues sit behind routine ones.
AI & Automation · Customer Support
We add AI to the parts of support that are repetitive, such as sorting tickets, drafting first replies and answering routine questions, while agents keep the final say on anything that reaches a customer.
AI customer support automation is the use of language models and classifiers inside a support operation to triage incoming tickets, route them to the right team, draft replies for agents to review, and resolve routine requests through self-service before they become tickets. It works with your existing helpdesk rather than replacing it. Its aim is to give agents more time for complex cases, not to remove people from customer conversations.
Support teams spend a large share of their day on work that does not need their expertise: tagging tickets, forwarding them to the right queue, looking up the same order details and retyping the same answers. At the same time, customers notice immediately when an automated reply is wrong or a bot blocks them from a person. The useful middle ground is AI that prepares the work and agents who approve it.
Tickets wait in a general queue until someone reads, tags and assigns them, so urgent issues sit behind routine ones.
Agents write near-identical answers to common questions, copying from old tickets or a document that may be out of date.
Sending AI-written answers without review risks incorrect promises, wrong refunds or a tone that damages trust.
Answers live in macros, wikis, old tickets and individual agents' memory, which makes both automation and onboarding harder.
Incoming email, form and chat tickets classified by topic, urgency, language and sentiment, then routed to the right queue with the reasoning shown to agents.
Draft responses grounded in your help articles and the customer's order or account data, which agents edit and approve before sending.
Suggested articles or a chatbot answer on the contact form for routine questions, with an obvious path to submit a ticket anyway.
Short summaries of long threads so an agent picking up an escalated ticket can see what has happened without rereading everything.
Connecting AI steps to Odoo Helpdesk or another helpdesk platform through its API, so agents work in the tool they already know.
Tracking how often agents accept, edit or reject suggestions and how often routing is corrected, to show where the AI helps and where it doesn't.
Tickets reach the right team without waiting for someone to read and tag them by hand.
Agents start from a relevant draft instead of a blank reply, and stay responsible for the final text.
Consistent classification shows which issues drive volume and which content is missing.
New agents get suggested replies grounded in approved answers while they learn the product.
Classifying where-is-my-order, return and damage requests, and drafting replies that include tracking or order details for agent approval.
Routing bug reports, billing and how-to questions to separate teams and suggesting relevant documentation to customers before they submit.
Detecting the language of each ticket and drafting replies in that language, with agents reviewing before sending.
Summarizing complaint threads and extracting site, asset and fault details so dispatch teams can act faster.
We start with triage and agent-assist, where mistakes are caught internally, before considering anything that replies to customers directly.
Review a sample of historical tickets to find the most common categories, repetitive replies and routing mistakes.
Pick the AI steps with the clearest value and lowest risk, usually triage and suggested replies before any automatic sending.
Consolidate help articles and macros into a maintained source the AI can retrieve from.
Connect classification and drafting to your helpdesk on a staging setup, with agents able to see and override every suggestion.
Test against labeled historical tickets and measure routing correctness and draft usefulness with your team leads.
Run with a single queue, track acceptance and edit rates, and adjust before extending further.
Add more categories and, only where evidence supports it, limited automatic responses for clearly routine requests.
| Criterion | Agent assist | Triage and routing | Automatic resolution |
|---|---|---|---|
| What AI does | Drafts replies and summaries | Classifies and assigns tickets | Answers and closes routine requests |
| Who approves | Agent, every time | Agents can re-route | Pre-approved categories only |
| Risk to customers | Low | Low | Higher; wrong answers reach customers |
| When to use | From the start | From the start | Only after testing shows reliable results |
Only the ticket and account fields needed for a task are sent to the model, with masking of payment and identity data.
Draft replies are never sent automatically unless you explicitly enable it for specific, tested categories.
AI features use service accounts scoped to the queues and records they need, not full administrator access.
Each suggestion, edit and override is logged against the ticket, so decisions can be reviewed later.
We start from your ticket data and team structure, then decide where AI fits, rather than starting from a tool.
We configure and extend Odoo Helpdesk, so AI steps can live directly inside your existing support workflow.
Our default design keeps a person approving anything a customer will read.
Acceptance and correction rates are tracked from the pilot, so expansion decisions rest on your data.
Fixed-price packages with the scope written down, paid stage by stage. Your project goes live once it's fully paid.

No, and we do not design it to. AI handles sorting, drafting and routine self-service so agents spend more of their time on cases that need judgment, empathy or authority to make exceptions.
It can, but we recommend it only for narrow, well-tested categories after a period of agent-approved drafts shows consistently correct results. Even then, customers should be able to reach a person easily.
We work with Odoo Helpdesk directly and integrate with other helpdesk platforms that provide an API for reading tickets and writing notes, tags or draft replies. We confirm the specific platform's API capabilities during discovery.
We track how often agents accept, edit or discard suggested replies, how often AI routing is corrected, and your existing support metrics before and after the pilot. Those figures guide whether to expand, adjust or roll back.
We limit what is sent, mask sensitive fields, and use provider accounts configured so data is not used for model training where the provider offers that option. For stricter requirements, an open-weight model can be self-hosted.
An AI chatbot is a customer-facing conversational assistant. AI customer support automation covers the whole support workflow, including triage, routing and agent assistance inside the helpdesk, and may include a chatbot as one entry point.
