Manual order and stock handling

We pick the right apps, configure them properly, and build custom integrations when off-the-shelf connectors can't handle how your products, stock and orders really flow.
Shopify app integration services cover selecting, configuring and connecting the apps and external systems a Shopify store depends on. That includes evaluating apps from the Shopify App Store, setting up connectors to ERP, accounting or warehouse software, and building custom apps that use Shopify's APIs and webhooks when no existing app fits. The goal is that products, inventory, orders, customers and payments move between systems accurately without manual re-entry.
Most Shopify stores outgrow manual exports within months: orders copied into the ERP, stock adjusted by hand, invoices re-created in accounting. Connector apps help, but they impose their own data mappings and can fail quietly when a product has an unexpected variant or a webhook is missed. Integration is a data design problem first and a software choice second.

Several apps touch the same data (inventory, pricing, customer tags) and overwrite each other.
Off-the-shelf connectors can't map your bundles, warehouses, tax rules or customer-specific prices.
When a sync breaks, there are no alerts or logs, so problems surface as customer complaints.
We map every system that touches the store, which data each one owns, and which apps overlap or can be removed.
Shortlisting apps by data access, maintenance history, performance impact and cost, then configuring them to fit your workflow.
Products, variants, prices, stock per location, orders, refunds and customers synchronized between Shopify and Odoo or another ERP.
Private apps for a single store built on the GraphQL Admin API, with webhooks for real-time events and scoped access tokens.
Custom discount, shipping or payment logic and admin or checkout UI extensions where your plan and Shopify's rules allow them.
Sync logs, retry queues, rate-limit handling and alerts so failures are visible and recoverable.
Orders, refunds and customers flow into back-office systems automatically.
Inventory levels update from the system of record, reducing oversells.
Every field has one source of truth, so systems stop overwriting each other.
Logs and alerts usually surface problems before customers do.
Shopify as the storefront, Odoo for inventory, purchasing, invoicing and accounting, with stock and orders flowing automatically.
Inventory per location synced from a warehouse system, with orders routed to the right fulfilment partner.
Customer-specific catalogues, price lists and payment terms pushed from the ERP to Shopify.
Replacing several overlapping paid apps with fewer, well-configured ones or one small custom app.
We decide which system owns each piece of data before choosing any app or writing any code.
List every system, the data it owns, and the direction each data flow should run.
Existing app, connector, middleware or custom app, decided per data flow.
Fields, identifiers, units, taxes and edge cases such as bundles and partial refunds agreed in writing.
Apps configured or custom integration developed against a development store.
Sample orders, returns, stock changes and failure scenarios run end to end.
Initial data sync, switchover and close monitoring of the first days.
Ongoing monitoring and updates as Shopify API versions change.
| Criterion | App Store app | Connector / middleware | Custom app |
|---|---|---|---|
| Setup effort | Low | Medium | Higher |
| Fit to your data | As designed by the vendor | Configurable within limits | Built for your mapping |
| Ongoing cost | Monthly app fee | Subscription plus configuration | Hosting and maintenance |
| Best fit | Common needs like reviews or email | Standard ERP or accounting sync | Unusual data, high volume or strict rules |
Apps and custom integrations request only the access scopes they need.
Incoming webhooks are verified with Shopify's HMAC signature before processing.
Access tokens stored in secret managers or environment variables, never in themes or repositories.
Queues and bulk operations respect Shopify's API rate limits during large syncs and busy sales periods.
We build Shopify stores and implement Odoo, so we understand the data on each end.
We don't force one connector onto every flow; some are best handled by an app, others by custom code.
Logging and alerting are part of every integration we deliver.
With ongoing support, we track Shopify API version changes and update integrations before older versions are retired.
Fixed-price packages with the scope written down, paid stage by stage. Your project goes live once it's fully paid.

Yes. Shopify and Odoo can be integrated so products, stock, orders, customers and payments sync between them. This can be done with an existing connector module or a custom integration using Shopify's Admin API and Odoo's external API, depending on how complex your data is.
Use an existing app when it covers your requirement without workarounds and is actively maintained. A custom Shopify app is worth it when your data mapping is unusual, volumes are high, or you're paying for several apps to approximate one workflow.
A custom app is an app built for a single store rather than listed on the Shopify App Store. It uses Shopify's APIs and webhooks with access scoped to that store, and is typically used for private integrations and store-specific automation.
Partly, depending on your plan. Shopify Functions and checkout UI extensions allow some discount, shipping, payment and checkout UI customizations, and the most extensive checkout customization options are reserved for Shopify Plus. We confirm what's possible on your plan before recommending an approach.
In integrations we build, failed operations are logged, retried automatically where safe, and reported through alerts. Your team can see what failed and why, and the issue can be corrected without re-running everything.
