Customer history in too many places
Calls in one salesperson's phone, quotes in email, orders in the ERP. When someone leaves, the relationship history leaves with them.
Custom Software · CRM
We build CRM software around the way your team actually finds, wins and serves customers. And when a configured Odoo CRM or an existing product would serve you better, we will tell you before you spend money on code.
Custom CRM development is the building of customer relationship management software designed around one company's sales, account management or service process, rather than adapting the company to a generic product. It typically covers contacts and accounts, pipelines, activities, quotations, customer communication and reporting, plus the industry-specific records and rules a standard CRM lacks. A custom CRM is worth it when your process is genuinely different; otherwise configuring an existing CRM is faster and cheaper.
Teams usually look at custom CRM after one of two experiences: customer information is scattered across spreadsheets, phones and inboxes, or a packaged CRM was bought and the team stopped using it because it did not match how they sell. Both are real problems, but they have different answers. The first is often solved by configuring a standard CRM well. The second may need custom software, or a CRM that is already part of your ERP.
Calls in one salesperson's phone, quotes in email, orders in the ERP. When someone leaves, the relationship history leaves with them.
Generic screens and mandatory fields that do not match the sales process lead staff to log the minimum and keep real notes elsewhere.
Projects, properties, patients, vehicles or contracts that need to sit alongside contacts but have no natural home in a standard CRM.
Sales cannot see stock, delivery or invoice status, so customers get chased for payments they made or promised dates nobody can meet.
A review of your sales and service process against Odoo CRM and common off-the-shelf options, with a written recommendation before any build begins.
Stages, qualification rules, required information per stage and hand-offs between marketing, sales and service, modeled on your real process.
Accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities and the domain records unique to your business, with interfaces designed for daily use.
Email, call and WhatsApp activity logged against the customer record, with reminders and follow-up tasks.
Quotes, orders, invoices and payment status shared with your ERP, plus lead capture from website forms and campaigns.
Cleaning and importing contacts and history from spreadsheets or an old CRM, then role-based training and usage reporting.
Screens and fields match the real process, so logging activity is quicker than avoiding it.
Every interaction lives on the shared record, not on an individual's phone.
Integration with the ERP means sales sees stock, orders and payments in context.
Consistent stages and required fields make pipeline reports trustworthy.
Multiple contacts per account, staged proposals, site visits and approvals tracked over months.
Leads matched to units or listings, with visit scheduling, booking status and payment plans.
Route-based visits, order taking on mobile and visibility of each retailer's credit and order history.
Contracts, renewals, service requests and customer health tracked alongside the sales relationship.
The build-or-configure decision comes before any code is written.
Interviews with sales, service and management about how customers are found, won and retained.
Compare your requirements with Odoo CRM and off-the-shelf products; agree build, configure or a hybrid.
Pipeline, data model, screens and reports designed with the people who will use them.
Iterative delivery to a staging environment so sales staff can try real scenarios early.
Deduplicate and import contacts, accounts and open opportunities, with checks you sign off.
Go live with training, then review usage and adjust screens where the team is struggling.

As an Odoo implementer, we know when a configured Odoo CRM already does what you need.
We build the CRM and its links to ERP, website and messaging, so data flows both ways.
We test screens with your sales team during the build rather than training around them afterwards.
We deduplicate and validate customer data before import, so the new CRM starts with records people trust.
Fixed-price packages with the scope written down, paid stage by stage. Your project goes live once it's fully paid.

Use an existing CRM if your sales process is fairly standard; it will be faster and cheaper. A custom CRM is worth considering when your process, records or integrations are unusual enough that a packaged product forces constant workarounds.
Odoo CRM is a strong choice when you also need, or already use, Odoo for sales orders, inventory, invoicing or accounting, because the CRM shares one database with them. Gaps can usually be closed with configuration or small custom modules rather than a separate system.
Yes. We clean, deduplicate and import contacts, accounts, open opportunities and selected history, and give you reconciliation reports to check before go-live.
Your data is always yours. Once the project is paid in full, ownership of the custom source code transfers to you, the code is delivered to your repository and the system runs on hosting under your control.
The main drivers are the number of record types and pipelines, integration with ERP and communication channels, data migration effort, reporting needs and mobile requirements. We estimate after the assessment phase.
Yes, where the providers offer APIs. WhatsApp Business messages and calls from many VoIP systems can be logged against the customer record automatically.
