Social media management services that keep your brand consistent and responsive

We plan what to post, design and write it, publish on schedule and answer your audience, so your channels look active and cared for without taking over your week.

Definition

What is Social Media Management?

Social media management services are the ongoing organic work of running a business's social channels: planning a content calendar, creating posts, publishing on schedule, responding to comments and messages, and reporting on performance. It typically covers platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, chosen according to where the audience is. It is distinct from paid social advertising, though the two work best when planned together.

Most businesses know they should be active on social media, but posting slips whenever the team is busy. Profiles go quiet for weeks, then fill with rushed promotional posts; comments and messages go unanswered; and no one knows whether any of it brought a customer. Consistency, a recognizable voice and timely replies matter more than any single viral post.

Business challenges

Why social channels go quiet

01

Inconsistent posting

Bursts of activity followed by silence make a business look unreliable and give algorithms little to work with.

02

Everything is a sales pitch

Feeds made only of offers and announcements give followers no reason to engage or return.

03

Unanswered messages

Questions in comments and inboxes are left for days, and potential customers go to competitors who reply.

04

No sense of what works

Without regular reporting, effort goes into formats and topics that the audience ignores.

FAQ

Social Media Management: questions we hear most

Which social media platforms should we be on?

Be where your customers spend time, not everywhere. Consumer brands often focus on Instagram and Facebook, B2B companies on LinkedIn, and video-led brands on TikTok or YouTube. We recommend a focused set after looking at your audience and capacity.

Do we approve posts before they go live?

Yes. We share each month's calendar in advance, and nothing is published until you approve it. Urgent or time-sensitive posts follow a quicker approval route agreed with you.

Does social media management include paid ads?

Mostly no. Social media management covers organic content and community, and our Pro plan adds boost management for selected posts; full paid advertising is a separate service with its own budget. Many clients combine them, and we plan both together when we manage both.

Will you reply to customer messages?

Yes, on our Growth and Pro plans, within agreed hours and using answers you've approved. Sales enquiries, complaints and anything sensitive are passed to your team according to the escalation rules we set together.

How do we know social media is working?

We report on reach, engagement, follower growth and, most importantly, visits and enquiries from social channels tracked with tagged links. Organic social often supports sales indirectly, so we explain what can and can't be measured.
