Order, pay the invoice, receive the app

Send the order
The contact form opens with the app and version selected. Add your company name and email.
Pay the invoice
We send an invoice in your currency. Bank transfer, as in our payment policy.
Receive the app
After payment, we email the download link, the user manual and the training guide, usually within one business day.
Your data stays in your Odoo
- All data stays in your own Odoo database. The app has no telemetry, no licence check, no activation key and no connection to Digihub servers.
- Email summaries go out through your own Odoo mail server, only to the people your administrator chooses.
- Optional AI explanations are off by default. If an administrator switches them on with the company's own Anthropic API key, one alert's rule, method and non-monetary figures are sent when a user asks for an explanation. Names, document numbers, evidence and amounts are never sent.
A licence you keep
- Odoo Proprietary License v1.0 (OPL-1), the standard licence for paid Odoo apps.
- You may use and modify the app for your own company. You may not publish, distribute, sublicense or sell copies.
- No activation key: the app is yours to keep and keeps working without any connection to us.
Questions about Branch Leakage Detector
Which Odoo versions and editions does it work with?
Odoo 17, 18, 19 and 20, Community and Enterprise. Each version has its own package, so tell us the version you run. Invoicing (or Accounting), Sales and Inventory must be installed; Point of Sale is optional.
Does it work on Odoo Online?
Standard Odoo Online subscriptions do not allow custom apps. The app works on Odoo.sh and on any server where you or your partner can install modules (on-premise or cloud hosting).
Do my staff have to enter anything new?
No. The app reads the documents already posted in Odoo. Only the branch mapping is set up once by an administrator.
Will it accuse my staff of fraud?
No. An alert shows an anomaly or a potential leakage, with its evidence. Estimates are never shown as recorded losses, and the staff scorecard lists points to check, not accusations.
Can you install and set it up for us?
Yes. We can install the app, map your branches, tune the rules with your team and run the training. Ask for a quote with the order.
