Digihub Software Company is a software and digital services company based in Peshawar, Pakistan. We build and manage projects around Odoo ERP, websites, mobile apps, cloud setups, Power BI dashboards, and digital marketing. In this document, “we”, “us” and “Digihub” all mean the same company, and “you” means anyone visiting our site or hiring us for a project.

Using this website

You can browse the site freely, but a few things aren’t allowed:

What’s written on this website is meant to give you a general idea of our services — the real scope, deadlines, and cost for your specific project get worked out separately, usually in a proposal or a signed agreement before we start.

Payments

We agree on pricing and payment schedules with each client individually, and this usually gets put in writing before work begins. If a payment is late, it can push back your delivery timeline, and honestly, we may pause work altogether until things are settled. Nothing personal — it’s just how we keep projects moving fairly for everyone.

Who owns what

Everything on this site — the logo, the design, the words, the images — belongs to Digihub unless we’ve said otherwise somewhere. Once you’ve paid in full for a project, the final files we hand over (code, designs, whatever was agreed) become yours, based on whatever we outlined in your specific contract.

Where our responsibility ends

We put real effort into every project we take on and aim to deliver good work on time. But we can’t be held responsible for indirect losses — lost profits, lost data, that sort of thing — that might come from using our services, unless it’s clearly down to something we got wrong on our end.
