Your privacy matters to us, so here’s a straightforward rundown of what information we collect when you visit our site or work with us, why we collect it, and what we do (and don’t do) with it.
When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or reach out to us directly, we typically end up with your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever details you share about your project. If you just browse the site without submitting anything, we may still pick up some basic technical info automatically — things like your browser type, device, approximate location, and which pages you visited — mostly through cookies and standard analytics tools.
We don’t ask for sensitive information like payment card numbers through our website itself. If you become a client, any billing details are handled through a separate, secure invoicing or payment process, not through the site’s contact forms.
Honestly, it’s pretty simple: we use your information to respond to your inquiries, put together quotes and proposals, deliver the services you’ve hired us for, and occasionally follow up if you’ve asked us to keep you posted on something. We might also use general browsing data to understand which parts of our website people find useful, so we can improve it over time.
We don’t sell your information. Full stop. We’re not in the business of trading contact lists, and we won’t add you to marketing lists unless you’ve actually asked us to.
Like most websites, ours uses cookies to make things work smoothly and to get a general sense of how visitors use the site. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings if you’d rather not have them, though some parts of the site might not work as well without them.
We don’t hand your data over to random third parties. That said, we do rely on a few outside tools to run our business — things like email providers, analytics platforms, or cloud hosting services — and those tools may process some of your data on our behalf, strictly to help us do what we already do. We don’t let them use it for their own purposes.
If we’re ever legally required to share information — say, a court order — we’ll comply, but only to the extent the law actually requires.
We hold onto client and inquiry information for as long as it’s actually useful — generally for the life of a project plus some reasonable time after, in case questions come up later. If you ask us to delete your information and there’s no legal or contractual reason for us to keep it, we will.
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information we hold, but it’s worth being upfront: no website or system can guarantee 100% security. If we ever became aware of a serious data breach affecting your information, we’d let you know.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct anything that’s wrong, or delete it altogether. Just email us and we’ll sort it out — usually pretty quickly, since we’re not a huge company with a mountain of red tape.
If our site links out to somewhere else, keep in mind that once you click through, you’re on their turf and their privacy policy applies, not ours.
We may update this policy occasionally as our services or legal requirements change. Whatever’s posted here is the current version, so feel free to check back if you’re curious.
